Brad is wonderful and gets the job done as soon as he can. Within two hours or less. He is the best man for the job. Love the maintenance!!

Excellent maintenance team. Very nice, knowledgeable, great skill sets, and respectful. Never a time that I called and they did not deliver an outstanding job. Quick to respond and open and honest about whats going on to leave you guessing and questioning the work that needs to be completed.

The maintenance team they have is wonderful. Brad is always very kind whenever I have any issues.They are very quick with getting it done.

Has been a great place to live, not perfect but the right fit for me and my kid. Hopefully with changes it continues to be a safe and peaceful home to us and everyone out here.

My mother moved here a year ago and has had nothing but a good experience. I am confused by the bad reviews. I also have visited often with my children and the environment is safe and filled with lovely people. In the past we have lived at an apartment complex and had a horrible experience with tenants and violence, kids bullying, and staff who didn't care. This place is heaven compared to what we've seen. It's a true safe haven for low income families to be able to have the chance to afford a home in a healthy environment.

Laurel Hill apartments has been a blessing in mine and my children's lives we are so blessed to call here home , I am so thankful to the management team they have a very caring heart for their tenants. Recently I didn't have the key to my apartment and Ms.Dianne Morrill our apartment manager left her place of comfort to come out and bring me a key herself , it was late and it was her weekend at that and she cared enough to come out and bring the key for me, so that me and my children could come home 🥰 it is a pleasure living here and I am so thankful to have such a tenderhearted property manager !

I was really surprised to see negative comments about the staff of Laurel Hill. I am a resident, and have always found the entire staff helpful, considerate and sensitive to the needs of the community.
